For injection molding, machine & extrusion shops

More orders shouldn't mean more scheduling chaos.

RunMark is a focused production scheduling tool for small and mid-sized manufacturers — roughly 2 to 20 lines or machines — who have outgrown the spreadsheet.

  • Changeovers sit on the timeline, not in someone's head.
  • Due-date risk is flagged before the customer calls.
  • Shift calendars define when each line can actually run.

By shop type

Built around how your floor actually runs

Pick your type of shop to see what RunMark handles today — and what it doesn't yet.

Press time is your capacity. Every setup you can avoid or plan better shows up on the floor.

Sound familiar?

  • Press loading lives in a spreadsheet only one person really understands
  • Mold changes and setups eat into shifts without being visible ahead of time
  • A rush order means re-shuffling several presses by hand
For example: A customer pulls in a 20,000-piece order by a week. You need to know which presses can take it, what gets pushed, and which other due dates go at risk.

AVAILABLEWhat RunMark does today

  • Schedule orders across multiple presses as resources
  • Plan setups and changeovers as part of the timeline
  • Shift calendars per press, including downtime
  • Capacity and due-date risk visibility
  • Order tracking and production / traceability labels

NOT YETUnder exploration

  • Shared mold / tool availability as a scheduling constraint is under exploration — not included today. Tell us how your molds move between presses.

How it works

From spreadsheet to production visibility

  1. 01

    Import your orders

Bring in open orders from the Excel sheet you already use. No big data migration to get a first schedule.

  2. 02

    Plan against real capacity

Schedule across lines and machines using shift calendars, compatible resources, production rates and changeovers.

  3. 03

    Track production & print labels

Follow orders as they move, see what's at risk, and generate production / traceability PDF labels for the floor and shipping.

Positioning

Fits alongside your ERP

RunMark is a focused scheduling layer, not an ERP. Keep your ERP or accounting system for quoting, purchasing, inventory and invoicing. Use RunMark for the part most systems leave to a spreadsheet: deciding what runs where, and when.

Today, orders come in via Excel import. If you're curious about connecting your specific system, ask — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

FAQ

Straight answers

Does RunMark replace our ERP?

No. RunMark is a focused scheduling layer meant to sit alongside your ERP or accounting system. Most shops keep their existing system for quoting, inventory and invoicing.

What kinds of shops is it for?

Smaller manufacturers with roughly 2–20 production lines or machines who have outgrown Excel. Plastics extrusion is the closest fit today; injection molding and machine shops can use the core scheduling, with limits described below.

Can it handle mold/tool availability or multi-step CNC routing?

Not today. Shared mold/tool constraints and multi-operation job routing are things we're exploring, not features we offer. If they matter to you, we'd genuinely like to hear how your workflow works.

How much does it cost?

Contact us — we're learning which packages make sense for different shops, and we'd rather understand your situation first.

What does onboarding look like?

Typically: set up your lines or machines and shift calendars, import open orders from Excel, and review a first schedule together. How long it takes depends on your shop — we'll talk it through on the call.
